  • Use of grounds for your engagement photos (by appointment)
  • Use of twelve 60″ round tables & white Chiavari chairs
  • Live edge Head table and couple of honor chairs
  • Use of The Dressing Room & Woodsy Cabin
  • One overnight stay in the Farmhouse Cottage the night of your event 
  • Hydration station, coffee / tea station
  • 2 Bartenders for your cocktail hour & during dancing portion of the evening
  • Microphone & Speakers 
  • Oak dance floor, level-entry barn with chandeliers & cherry live edge bar 
  • Beautiful Fire pit gathering space with Adirondack seating not affected by fire bans
  • Select from 2 choices of catering menus as included meal (for 90) 
  • Table wine (based on 8 seated per table, 2 bottles each table) 
  • Professional planning & 8 hours of day of coordination
  • Support & Sourcing of desired services or vendors outside of this package
  • List of preferred vendors provided
  • Set up of wedding day details per plan (such as seating chart, guest book etc)
  • Custom Bridal bouquet & boutonniere with fresh florals
  • Fresh florals & decor choice for your reception tables
  • Choice of table settings, linens,  glassware, cutlery and table numbers 
  • 1 Hr rehearsal during the week prior to your event
  • One overnight stay in our farmhouse cottage the night of your event
  • Shuttle service with 2 pickups and 2 returns to Best Western in Cobourg
