About florals: The couple will choose their preferred style & color inspiration, while leaving the sizing & final floral selections to us. We are open to accommodating special requests, however, please be aware that pricing may vary based on the specific choices if outside of this standard package.

Full planning overview
  • On site day-of-coordination package
  • One (1) site inspection of up to 2 hours with the Couple during which we will meticulously plan your event, including:
    • designing a floor plan
    • organizing logistics
    • establishing a backup plan for inclement weather
    • choreographing the flow of your special day

This will involve a detailed walkthrough of key moments such as the rehearsal, the first look and the grand entrance allowing me to seamlessly coordinate with your overall timeline and other relevant vendors and their collaborating parts.

  • Sourcing and Managing Décor & Flowers
  • Scheduling and sourcing of additional Rentals not already in package, if needed 
  • Sourcing and managing of any & all additional vendors you may require or desire such as, but not limited to: photographer, live music, DJ  
  • Coordination of the Vendors & Timelines between each as needed
  • Main contact for all vendors throughout the process
  • Main point of contact between you and Vintage Acres to simplify & streamline your communications
  •  Next Day pickup of the items that came from our inventory
  • Scheduling of next day pickup for rentals (if any)
On-Site Day-of Coordination (up to 8 Hours):
  • Includes the day-of event set up of *items supplied by couple such as:
    • *The seating chart
    • *The welcome sign
    • *The favours
    • *The card box
    • *The guest book
    • *The name cards
    • The final tweaks on florals, décor & table settings
    • Ensuring the floorplan is set up according to plan
  • Coordination of all Vendors and communications with Venue:

This is a crucial part of our offerings and will help come as close to your vision as possible to facilitate a seamless day. Any matters, inquiries or concerns that may arise will be directed to me & my team rather than to you, ensuring you can fully enjoy your wedding day and that any glitch will be handled swiftly with care and discretion.

  • Coordinate logistics of timeline throughout the day to ensure everything is running according to the plan and the timelines discussed.
  • Moving arbour & florals from ceremony site to behind & around head table (if desired)
  • Making any necessary game time decisions or updates should something occur:

Through previous meetings during planning, Andrea will have had the opportunity to get acquainted with the couple and will have a firm understanding their preferences and vision, enabling Andrea and her team to make quick decisions on the couple’s behalf when necessary and with minimal disruption to them. If any unexpected situations arise, they will be promptly handled.

  • One (1) each of Seasonal Fresh Bouquet & Boutonnière:

About florals: The couple will choose their preferred style & color inspiration, while leaving the sizing & final floral selections to Andrea. We are open to accommodating special requests, but please note that pricing may vary based on the specific choices outside of the standard package included here.

  • Delivering the bridal florals to the couple in their separate pre-wedding areas before the ceremony (at Bridal dressing room and at the Woodsy Cabin)
